Understanding Workplace Culture
A one-day CPD module delivered by Centra Training

Overview

Understanding Workplace Culture is a practical, one-day CPD module for registered managers and other managers working in adult social care. It explores the vital links between vision, values and culture, giving managers the tools and confidence to influence change and shape a positive culture within their service.

Delivered through a single interactive session, the module brings managers together with their peers, offering a collaborative alternative to the often solitary experience of formal qualifications. There is a strong emphasis on reflection, encouraging managers to learn from their everyday experiences, recognise what they already do well, and identify where they can do things differently.
